First Impressions: The fact that I've never heard of this band both fascinates and infuriates me. I came across this album thanks to a good friend and I am more than glad that I did. The album is heavy beyond reproach, and houses a collection of tracks that are dynamic in their own right, yet not too over the top. It's pretty balanced, and I appreciate the band's hard work. It's easily just as pissed as a Left to Suffer or a Spite, but a new level of aggression without being too hard to understand, other than one small part which I address below. The literal definition of a diamond in the rough.
Likes and Dislikes: The band's approach to each song and how intricate the instrumentals are really set the tone for their message. My only complaints are the ending of Loathe ending more abruptly than I'd hoped, and having to rewind the track 'FCC' because I couldn't understand the clip at the end.
Favorite Tracks: Leeches (the arf arf made my soul happy), HarveyDent
Wrap-up: Overall I'm very impressed. This is a solid release with some well written and heavy tracks that will be in rotation for quite a while.
